Once you have completed the provider application and have been approved by Lifecare, you will receive an invitation from app@lifecare to create your account:
Click the “Confirm your account” and you will be asked to:
- Create your password
- Set up the types of notifications you would like to use to receive ride requests (via email or text message; or both)
- Invite other dispatchers
Once your account is confirmed you will be directed to the Community where you will be able to view/claim/manage ride requests for your company. Below is the main portal screen where you will claim and manage your rides. Here you will be able to:
- View pending rides
- Accept/review rides
- Review and complete rides
- Invite dispatchers
