How do I monitor a brokered discharge ride?

When a Medicaid Discharge is booked, the trip is pushed to the appropriate Medicaid Broker within 10 minutes.

After Ride is Booked:

  • Transportation Status will be Brokered
  • Authorization Status will be Authorizing
  • Pickup time will show the time requested by the Care Coordinator
