LifeCare Ohio is the state’s first integrated care delivery system that coordinates the physical, behavioral and long-term care services for individuals enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid. By helping these patients better coordinate their benefits in both programs, LifeCare Ohio hopes to improve the quality of their healthcare and outcomes, as well as contain costs.
